Because we provide credit-related services, we may handle sensitive personal and financial information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using our Site or Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Site or Services.

  • Sensitive identifiers such as your Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number and date of birth, when required to review your credit file or perform authorized services.

  • Payment information such as credit or debit card details, bank account information, or other billing information used to pay for Services.
  • Copies of government-issued identification, utility bills, or other documents used to verify your identity.

Information collected automatically

Mobile information and text-message consent

Mobile telephone information and text-message opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prevent sharing with vendors that provide messaging services on our behalf or disclosures required by law. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance.

  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, recognizing that withdrawal may affect our ability to provide certain Services.

Credit-repair clients also receive cancellation rights and required disclosures through their written Service Agreement and applicable federal and state law. To submit a privacy request, use the contact information in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

The Site may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand visitor activity, measure performance, prevent fraud, and support marketing.
